Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how Love Workout, the operator of loveworkout.net, handles information when you browse this website or contact us. For questions or privacy requests, use our contact form and choose Privacy request.

Information processed when you browse

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Server logs can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information, referrers, and response codes. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and maintaining the service. Hosting providers may process it on our behalf.

The website includes a Google AdSense script. It does not currently use separate third-party analytics, embedded video, remote web fonts, public comments, or newsletter tracking. Ordinary browsing does not require an account.

Messages you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, message, and acknowledgement of this privacy notice. Messages and their submission date are saved in a private WordPress inbox accessible to authorized site administrators. We use them to understand and handle enquiries, corrections, and privacy requests. Your message is not published or automatically forwarded to an advertising provider.

The form uses a security token and a hidden field to reduce automated submissions. For rate limiting, we temporarily store a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address with a submission count. This temporary record expires within one hour after the latest accepted submission; the contact record itself does not contain your IP address. Infrastructure security logs may still contain it.

Retention

Contact records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on site activity, so deletion can occur after that point when the task next runs. We may delete messages sooner when they are no longer needed. Server logs follow the hosting platform’s rotation settings. Backup copies may persist beyond live deletion until those backups are replaced or removed.

Cookies and local storage

Google AdSense may use cookies or other identifiers as described below. WordPress uses authentication and related functional cookies when administrators sign in, and the login page may use a test cookie. Our contact form does not require an advertising cookie. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking functional cookies can prevent administrative sign-in.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This website includes Google AdSense code. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize advertising based on visits to this and other sites.

For Google’s explanation of data use on partner sites, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Advertising preferences are available through Google My Ad Center. This policy is an information notice, rather than a consent mechanism. Advertising-related consent controls, where required, must be configured separately from this notice.

Sharing and service providers

Information needed to operate the site can be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers. If we reply to an enquiry by email, the relevant email service will process the correspondence. We do not sell contact-form messages or provide them to advertisers. We may disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation, protect the service, or address misuse.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information, or to request portability or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Use the contact form to make a request. We assess requests under applicable law and may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify them. Withdrawing permission for a future reply does not undo processing already completed.

Do not include health records, medical histories, or other sensitive personal information in a routine message. We do not intentionally solicit information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the form, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

External links and changes

Links to other websites open services governed by their own privacy practices. We may revise this policy when the site’s features or data handling change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
